BEAUMARIS, VIC - CLASSIC & TIMELESS RENOVATION - CAPE COD/KENTUCKY INSPIRED DESIGN

Design brief: A renovation was required to modernise the existing 90’s rendered project home, while improving functionality and aesthetics. Inspiration is drawn from the American Cape Cod/Kentucky style homes to create a classic and timeless look. Two exterior concepts with different materials were explored with 3d modelling.
